Yes, I know, I tried to make it clear in that forums post, that we are 
not like Fedora.

So I would propose to prepare a blog post along the lines:
"Mageia is happy to announce a newcommer to our eco system..."
Describing what kind of cooperation there will be and what there won't be.
And we should be prepared to answer questions on our forums, the blog 
and external news sites, making it clear that we are not like Fedora to 
RedHat.
